Calendar of Events
These are some of the events that I will be attending
Highlights
- Oct. 9th (Thursday) Million
Dollar Theater in L.A.
Jon Wilkman's documentary "Chicano Rock" hits the
silver screen for one night only
before airing on PBS in November.
After over four years research and filming,
after four years of piecing together the history of the East Los
Angeles' musical heritage "Chicano Rock" is ready for the world.
During this period we lost Lalo Guerrero, Don Tosti, Dick Hugg "Huggy
Boy" and trombonist Romeo Prado of Thee Midniters. The loss of
these individuals only made us stronger in our desire to move
forward. Join the production team and the many legends we
interviewed at screening, which will be held at the newly
renovated Million Dollar Theater in downtown Los Angeles on
Broadway. More information on this event as it comes in.
